Classic Spicy Aioli | Spicy Mayonnaise

This recipe is so easy to execute and you will feel like a saucier after you have made your first sauce. This was my first sauce that I made at home and this is still my favourite!
Ingredients for Classic Spicy Aioli
This recipe only needs a few ingredients:
lemon juice
garlic cloves, minced
How To Make Classic Spicy Aioli at Home
To prepare it, mix it well together and store in a jar with a tightly fitted lid. The sauce has a shelf life of 6-10 days.
Now if you are ambitious, you can whip up some homemade mayonnaise to make this recipe. Even if you don’t, this homemade spicy aioli is better than any store-bought spicy aioli sauces I have ever had. Whenever I make this sauce, I make sure to add it to everything!

Classic Spicy Aioli | Spicy Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise into a bowl. Drizzle the sriracha and whisk vigorously.
- Add the minced garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper and add lemon juice. Whisk and serve immediately or store in a bottle for later.
